We take pride in our fun and inclusive environment. Our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility (IDEA) Council plans and executes social initiatives that resonate with their team members, embracing and celebrating each other. 

Initiatives that are held range from in office social and cultural events, celebrating Employee Appreciation Day and our end of year party. An important piece of a positive company culture is encouraging open communication, which is done through our open-door policy, monthly all-hands meetings, bi-annual Town Halls, our annual off-site Staff Retreat and team lunches.
